Had a few drops of rain this arvo with the promise of more to come, we shall see Went to hardly normal to see about a new computer, came out even more confused (not hard to do) no more "hard drives" what ever they are /were but now a solid state circuit and all this other stuff of which was just more mumbo jumbo.

Keep it all backed up on a separate drive , the solid state drives are mega fast but when they fall over everything is lost. Forget about backing up to the "Cloud" as there are more holes in that open for hacking and completely loosing all the info than any other method of data storage. The other problem with the cloud, if you can't get internet access everything is out of reach, so no such thing as working off line as the data you need isn't available without an internet connection.

Free play is what kids have at kindy...
But seriously, ya gotta have just a little free play on your (manual gearbox) clutch, otherwise just touching the pedal would cause clutch slip (wearing the clutch plate) or the gears to disengage immediately with very little pressure on the pedal... both undesirable.
Too muchfree play and you'd be shoving the pedal to the floor, making it difficult to release clutch pressure, leading to much lever-shoving to change gears... also undesirable.
Clutch needs to disengage gears at a comfortable pedal-height for easy gear changes.
There's probably diagrams on Wikipedia...

G man has been doing a sterling job of restacking the left over house bricks and also he made the dirt /compost area into a no bend garden (what ever that is) got rid of the old bus tyres and the old carpet to the new neighbour, she uses the tyres for gardens and uses the carpet for weed control Saved us a fee at the tip I have done a bit of spray weed control and must get to finish the fruit tree pruning as well when I can stay awake long enough About 100 or more Harley's went by and what a noise that was.
