By herself as 2 girls with their father but saw them almost every day last week at the swimming. Early birthday cake for our eldest grandson's 16th- just under 6"!Mitchell bought the cake down with him & in all my stuff still not unpacked managed to find some candles

Never rains but it pours and it is getting ridiculous, got called back to the GP after blood tests I had last week, seems my kidneys are being difficult, my cholesterol is way up, While I thought the RRV was having another go at me it turns out that my thyroid is under performing so pills for that, I have a fatty liver as result of some drug (NOT booze) so it is off to see the nice man that does kidneys. This getting old has whiskers on it (as well as the chin) Other than that we are doggie sitting for a few days and Brian has already made it clear who is the boss

Has been a beautiful day here but it is starting to cool down as the sun goes down. Time for another snooze again

Spent the whole day in Adelaide, got dog food orders, then headed to the city where the District court is.

Late start 3pm and the judge NOT pleased with the things legal rep. He said that after 3 mths he was getting sick of the "cat & mouse" games that are being played. He then made an order for the new legal rep, the old legal rep , her boss, and a rep from the legal aid services to be in his court tomorrow at 11am tomorrow

needless to say the DPP also said he was also fed up with their "slackness" and was going to be asking for the "IT" to be taken into custody at the next court date as all this "nonsense" is not fair on the victims. NOT happy Jan. So with another date to be set for the lawyers submissions and the VIS to be read we wait again. Getting closer to the end, IT was denied any shrink reports due to the fact IT has not shown any remorse or contrition so any assessment would be unnecessary. So far the cost to the tax payer is over $50k

Anyway we are heading off to Normanville for a few days R&R. Brian has just finished packing his freezer and his litter tray so all is good in the world of the get away.
