Sounds like you have a judge who is in contact with the real world. Not away with the legal-eagle fairies.
It is likely that a reasonable (read: long) sentence may result.
About bluddy time!!

If "it" gets a custodial sentence there will be a appeal and on it will go again. That just how it happens .
And no doubt a new judge by then .

There will be no chance of any appeal, this judge has been crossing all the t's and dotting of the i's plus the legal aid $$ has dried up. The copper said the appeal goes before 3 judges and the way this judge has done everything right there will be no grounds anyway. Now we are hooking up the car and tend to be heading off within the hour

We are back down at the Normanville cp for the last 5 of the 10 day holiday auction. The weather is just beautiful and is to stay the same for the week. Had the fish and chips from the same place as last time and they are as good as before Only 77ks from home but who cares?
