G is walking like he's just got out of the joint He had a good sleep last night, I was the good wife and put a nice fluffy sheep skin in the bed just for his bony bum to rest upon and it paid off... The Shepherd and his ewey are back out in the heat doing more in their van convert, must be getting time for them to come in to watch the Clipsal and out of the heat for a while.. Bet Al is peed off not getting to watch it right now, he'll have to be satisfied with the results after the fact.. He loves the V8's and those red cars named Holden..

Had a SMS this morning saying "We are on the Ferry " that was from Helen & Paul aka the boring one so I headed for the shower, as I got out there was someone at the front door and low and behold it was Steve W and his wife Bronwyn..(G answered the door) they were on their way back to Melb and stopped in for a quick cuppa and chat, then the boring ones arrived so a quick chat turned into a "show me yours and I'll show you mine" in the rig set up arena. Then it was time for them to be away again and heading home.. Rather hot here now so Norman & Christine have ceased work and come inside where it is cool...

Better not let her majesty in the capital hear of all this traffic or you may find the finance bird at your door with a request for hotel tax, much like the resource tax the miners were landed with. Yep Dot, I vote with the dawg,
These cheap camera things will only frustrate ya and there is noone to go visit when it goes pear shaped. The stock is usually out of date stuff that they could not sell now that a newer/better model has arrived in the shops. I know its dearer to buy locally, but you can go and ask all the seriously worrying questions and hopefully, they should know their product well enough to be able to help you set it up without the hassles of the interwebby stuff.
Sorry, if the price really appealed, but for my money, the extra stress, you could do without.

I am not well at all.. no I am not meaning mentally unwell before you motley mob start. Today I was the first up, and it wasn't even day light either. We had a visitor stay the night and he was leaving early this morning so I made sure I was up to say goodbye.. Now poor ol Norman is back laying down because the shock of seeing me up has effected him No he is not feeling very well probably from the heat. Looks like another hot day coming up so time to close up and keep the nasty heat out..

Has Norman been keeping his salt and other electrolytes intake up, he wouldn't be accustomed to the heat or to the dietary requirements, it takes out a lot of newbies when they go to the mines as well. Remember, this is the hottest summer on record, we have had a few years or virtually non event summers, so it is affecting us all, those who have never really experienced it who be the first effected.
How was your visitor? In good spirits I hope, despite our many clashes I still quite like the man and his strength of purpose.
