Why should we keep paying out for those dirty mongrels that abuse other people's property plus $15 here and there mounts up, (these people have already cost us $$ that rightfully they should have paid) also that fan was modified to fit the available space. Not going to let G anywhere near the next lot, he's too easy to con, no, they will have the banal bitch to contend with. But feel free to replace the curtains, shower tiles, stove, lino here and there etc etc.

Dotty,
Go to colesworths and get a small bottle of nilodor from the cleaning aisle. It is what crime scene cleaners use, but follow the distructions, it is very potent, but it works. Lots of luck xxxxxxx

This is todays pic of the day. I insisted that the stove be moved out so I could mop underneath  , guess who got to scrape the curry grease off the wall back of the stove, the walls, and the floor? I was busy steam cleaning the kitchen walls till even that chucked it in. The gardener is coming tomorrow, carpet cleaner in a day or so, an open inspection on the weekend and a tenant for next week to view.. We are totally buggered, are we being too particular? but I wouldn't want to go into a dirty house so why should someone else? Shall give the nilodor a go . personally I hate the smell but it's better than what it is now. One more day should see it all done. :D

The Planet Ark Orange power works reasonably well too. If it's really realy bad, BOC gasses do a product called deodour gas, that drags the smells out and beats them up

I know a man whose house caught fire. It went out three times before the fire brigade got there.

The garden has been tidied up, just 3 trailer loads to the tip, all the kitchen cupboard doors have been scrubbed and sanded down ready for their new paint tomorrow. The carpets will be steam cleaned in the morning and I will do another steam clean of the vinyl flooring replace the shower curtain and the broken light put a few drops of the nilodor here and there and see how the open goes on the weekend.. New tenant shall move in next week, just hope the stink has gone by then. Had a tip from the boss of the ikea restaurant for smell removal...>>>>>>>> Put some water in a saucepan and pop some cinnamon in there, ground or a couple of sticks and bring to the boil then gently simmer. It will get rid of the smell of curry and leave your house smelling delicious. In future, if you do this while you cook, it will reduce the smells that linger after cooking... (Hmmm might pass that hint onto Catriana)  Guess how much a ton of fire wood is :?: :?: :?: $310   Cheaper to press the reverse air con button.

We get our firewood dropped off in the front yard for free, but I have to cut it up. It's old pailing fences, they have heaps better backs than me so I get out there with battery chainsaw and cut it into 4 pailing sections so I can carry them out to the back yard. Through the Triton bench saw, get 5 pieces plus 2 bits with the timber beam and short bits of pailing attached, empty the nails out when the ash bin is emptied. We are happy with the deal and the guy is happy to unload them at our place rather than going all the way to the tip and having to pay to dump them :D

Or you could wait for a bit of weather, Cyclone Yasi comes to mind  and have heaps of fire wood, mind you, a good chainsaw and a good back is essential to this working properly
