Reading Russel's comments about his licence experience....
Just in case we ever get to own an Optimum, Margaret's choice of mh, what is the difference between driving a long wheel base Sprinter and an auto Optimum for an experience driver who has driven Rental Trucks that you can drive on a car licence. To me the Optimum is bigger, wider probably, higher, slower off the lights, slower to stop.

(Have also towed big tandem vans for the last 30 years)

It won't be slower off the mark - they are a brilliant engine. It won't be slower to stop - six wheels all with disk brakes and ABS.

It is just a matter of getting your head around the extra size and with good vision, front and rear, it really becomes comfortable driving - after all, even men can do it. :lol:
