If I knew how to post would put this Utube on to forum. Great to watch especially if you a Primary producer. It is on FB.

Most times if you find an interesting article of interest to others you can copy the address of where you are from the address bar at the top of your browser window (right click & copy), & then just right click & paste it into the message part of your post it should be a hyperlink for everyone. (clickable link)
I find it an idea to RIGHT click on it & select "open in new window" so you keep your original window open behind the new one. (slightly diff if you use a tabbed browser)
