Remember the rock spider we finally saw put away 21mths ago well I have just been told by one of the girls that she has been notified that he is appealing ALL of the charges and is due in court 1st April. He must of had a chat to his fellow M8 pell. I understood there was a 30 day limit to appeal and there has to be an "error" in the prev trial ?? anyone got any ideas ? The poor girl is finding this so hard to cope with.

Dot, We can only hope that legal system looks at the date and throws it out of court as a baseless appeal.

Wish it was a joke Bruce, the poor girl is having a very tough time with the news. I myself have no concerns about it getting anywhere with his appeal.

Pet spiders with names and big ants that are a protected species are the norm.....
I believe the fruit eating rats & possums get a 'hurry on' though ..............

I'll agree my van is invaded by Ti's ants.
