Hi Pokey!
I suspect that the problem is that it is in extremely high resolution.
Too many pixel per inch in other words.
If you have Irfan View (www.irfanview.com) installed & simply open your 130X130 or less picture in it & then simply resave it, it will save it at a much lower pixel rate & be only a fewkb's.
Having said that, if you send it to me via email at admin@ozervnews.com I'll fix it for you.
