Today we hit the road for Murray bridge to wet the new home of Wendy & Bruce.. Beautiful day on the water, sunny and warm with a light breeze and a christening BBQ to top a nice day off. I think I could get used to the relaxed motion of the waves..
.Top pic is what you see on arrival
Second pic, the hosts BBQing
Bottom pic. The view from the top deck . :)
A spot of pink fishing was done off the rear deck with some success ;)
Then we headed off and are now camped at the Sth Tailem Bend rest area for the night..

It was just so beautiful and so peaceful Lesley, there is one or two others for sale as well ;) My pics do not do it justice so you will have to wait for Bruce to do the good ones. :D

Sure does look good, i didn't realise they were so wide, looks like there is plenty of room on there. So is that the gathering place for Easter?

I second the Easter gathering where ever the house boat is.
I offer the use of my dinghy for the fishing parties LOL.
Good buy, I am considering a smaller one for my self for summer holidays. Bugger the kids they can earn their own money.

Brian there is an absolute ripper little open plan living one that would be just right for you. Twin outboards.
I wanted a larger one for pretty much permanent habitation.
Asking 52thou but suspect would take much less to move it on............
An idea of your price range?

I've put a heap of pictures up in the photo gallery for now.
I had descriptions on all & then lost the lot with this crappy Internet connection.

Are you planning to live aboard permanently, Bruce? It looks a beauty.

We're not sure exactly yet but the long term plan is, yes, we're going to see if we like the idea & plan full time live aboard.
A big block of land and a big house is getting to be just too much work for us to keep it looking good.
A year or so down the track will tell us if it's a silly idea or not!!!
