Yeah stop picking on the bloody army.

My mate was a fireman in the army and did get called out to assist in local fires. They were highly trained and had top equipment.

In my day were were sent out to stamp out a grass fire (we started it) in an impact area at Murray Bridge, "here son use this stick with a wet hession bag on the end and whack the fire out, by the way look out for any unexploded bombs while your at it".

We did things different in the old days.
