Brad there is a lot of confusion in regards to "no camping" signs.
Several places along the Murray I've found that simply mean "no camping on the lawns". I chatted to a council worker & he told me they get sick of fixing the sprinkler pipes after campers bang their 'tie-downs' through them.
Not many people in my town sleep on the lawns twice as in the middle of the night the recycled sewage water gets turned on!!! They soon learn!!

The pattern for the backpacker set these days is to fly into Melbourne/Perth, purchase a cheap vehicle split four ways and trash Oz. Then they sneak into the National parks late and leave early.supersparky wrote:Bloody Victorians
