Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Seriously how exact is the evaporation they say is happening... could they prove it in a court of law...
Bit like the god stuff.

Wow, that sounds like a rip off to us, amount of evaporation assessment must be a mistake.

We now pay mooring fee calculated on size of craft, when we first launched our yacht everyone paid a set fee per mooring, everyone paid same amount.
We pay per sq., metre for the area that the jetty covers both fees are paid to The Lands Dept.,

Son who lives next door but one, pays for a slip way too.

It's a case of the council being asleep while dealing with a developer who knows how to bend the Rules to suit himself. They are now trying to cover their buts and raise money for other projects along the river at our cost, while there is a possibility that the council and the developer and perhaps our illustrious board and a couple others doing deals while the owners will foot the bill and then pass the cost on to their tenants .

That's why we need to get these integrity commissions institutionalized.

Good morning.
We only had another 3mm yesterday...but it took all day was like a fine mist. Foggy outside at the moment.
All most finished one of the panels...just a bit of welding to do.
Son and daughter are to come out today...but road closures may prevent that happening
I was relying on son to help put one of the panels up .
Keep safe.
And its bacon and eggs day again. :D :D

Good morning everyone. We are thinking about having a crack at getting home today . A few trucks have been coming through, so maybe we will get lucky. Enjoy your bacon and egg Bernie. We have that same misty nuisance rain here too Bob. Safe travels everybody.

We are home on the GC now. The highway opened late last night apparently. It's a credit to all the workers from the relevant authorities to get everything cleaned up and made safe as quickly as they have done. I need to do a bit of work on the little Tilta trailer though. It hasn't enjoyed hitting some of those big potholes in the past week or so.
Cheers
