Don't know where the post got to but the results of the CT scan has come back as ok meaning no nasty stuff has escaped to other parts of the body
Hopefully that might mean a more gentle surgery ?? The surgeon hasn't said anything so I suppose I really should wait till I hear what he says... Told yus I ain't going anywhere just yet... Still want a steak before the next chop session xxx Woo Hoo

Good news Dot.
Probably means they can focus on the tongue and not other things too.
A title for the thread could be something like;

Hope so Jon, apparently there will be 2 or so surgeons all trying to get into my mouth at the one time
I tried to get one of the stitches out today and asked G to grab my tongue and hold it with a tissue but no joy as he had trouble keeping the thing still

You are probably lucky that he did want not use pliers. Sorry.
