Thought for Today

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

A horse walked into a bar and asked for a beer. The barman looked at the horse and said

"You should go easy on that. You may be an alcoholic".

To which the horse replied

"I don't think I am" and promptly vanished.

To explain - this is a reference to the philosopher Descarte's well known premise

"I think there for I am"

Which I would of explained initially but that would have put Descarte before de horse.

T1,
If that’s a ‘quality joke’ then by definition it came from my joke book!

Boss Cocky sends the Jackaroo to fix the windmill behind the cookhouse.
While he’s up there, a wind change swings the tail around and knocks him to the ground.
The cook sees him land in a cloud of dust, and rushes out.
“What happened?” he asks the dazed man.
“Dunno,” the Jackaroo replies, “I just got here.”
