Thought for Today

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

What's the difference between a well dressed person on a tricycle and a poorly dressed person on a bicycle ?

How can the funeral industry increase prices and blame it on the cost of living? :?

Here's my thought for the day, https://www.abc.net.au/news/2024-03-01/ ... /103526352

Have put up with abuse, degradation, ignored and being laughed at for decades because of my approach to diet and lifestyle, yet today they have released a huge survey which proves my claims and others that the diet the majority eat, is behind the majority of their health problems and slowly killing them. It doesn't make me happy, but maybe there will be some who have the brains, fortitude and desire to change their diets and regain some of their health, but doubt it. Sadly most humans aren't prepared to take control of their lives and would rather suffer and let someone else do it, to their demise, especially as we age.

NP, its not often that I totally agree with your thoughts, but this time, yep. You have nailed it. You are what you eat. Just ask any little fat kid that only eats McD....... or similar.

It's a pity no one takes any notice of the science just the propaganda and sadly there are so many nice people suffering and taking destructive drugs when they really don't have to, just do a bit of research and reinvent their dietary lives.
