Australian Trivia Only

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Can't have been before WW1, so I'll punt at 19...... hmmmm 20?
EDIT:
The label says "Proudly made in Australia since 1923"...
So I'll revise the above to "1923"

I know that Kraft (USA) bought him out, then they in turn were swallowed by General Foods (of USA), and now a local mob has bought back the farm... so it's once again an Oz invention MADE OWNED by us Aussies (been made by an Oz workforce for years; just the profits were exported)... however, I don't know who the local mob is.
EDIT:
Tsk Tsk.. shoulda checked the pantry... it's Bega Cheese!
But the address is still 1 Vegemite Way, Port Melbourne, where the Kraft name had been alongside the freeway for yonks.

Assuming that the Vegemite label is correct, I shall jump in immediately with another question:

The Rinella Marina is a pest introduced to Australia.
What is its common name, and when was it introduced to Godzone (That's Oz)??

(Gotta get both right to claim the prize!)

Correct answer Ray, 1923 was the year but I see you have jumped the gun 😀 With another double barrel question.

I eat Mighty Mite these days owing to the fact that it is " gluten free" made by the Three Threes Condiments Pty Ltd.

I believe the Rhinella Marina is a Cane Toad & was introduced to Australia in June 1935?
