Perth Members?

I wonder if there might be a member of this forum that might live close to Perth that might be able to inspect an item before I 'waste' some money?
It says it's in Two Rocks which I think is an 'inner' suburb??

My daughter is in Rivervale, but I just did a Google Maps and Two Rocks is about an hour (70k) north of her on the coast.
Sorry, don't think she'll be much help to ya

Really? I'll check again but when I clicked on it it showed up as almost in the city centre.
I might ask them exactly where it is located.
I'm mostly concerned that it might be a shonky seller ......... (No, not you Shonky...)

Yeah, Two Rocks is a fair way north. Perth is well spread out.
I cannot help as we are currently in Seattle enjoying the last of their summer.

I'm not going to worry about the item for now ... it's just too far away.
Even if I bought it, it would be a nightmare to organise freight.
