RC sailboat hobbie.

Post by Mickconnolly »

Hi all
Does anyone sail RC sailboats here? We are about to move into a village and one of the clubs is an RC Sailboat club. I did the old google search thing and quickly realised that there are heaps of different sizes, classes and variables. Love to hear from someone that actually does it.

Which village Mick? We have a group of about 30 RC sailors at RV Homebase but we aren’t amongst them.

This Where I am today.
Might get the boat out as I have a pair of waders LOL. Not sure if I would be very popular in the marina as several stated they would shoot the drone if I bring it near the boats. Did not realise they would have been kinkie people but then you never know. Not sure how they and what with they would shot it down as they are too old for one method.

Brian I ran into two of them today!
One more outburst like that & I'll throw them in the swamp!
I can't believe grown up men can carry on like they do.
Best ignore them or if possible do more of what they don't like. They may move out with a bit of luck??!!

What two drones, two sail boats or two old geriatric, jealous old fools?????
Most complain because they are either not allowed to buy one, or they think it is all two hard so just stop any one else that has the ability to learn and change with the times.
