I may have mislead a bit.

No actual hook was used... the tape was stuck of the back of the picture frames, then pressed onto the painted internal wall.

There is practically no gap between the wall & the frame... maybe, just maybe sufficient to get some teeth cleaning stringy stuff - will give that a try once this bloody 46c temp pisses off!!!
