Newcastle George

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

"tanks" here---George,
I won't say anything to make you laugh, just be careful in future, and don't climb up on anything higher than a 2 step kitchen ladder.
Don't overdo the Endone and save some for later.
Keith.

I'm now 85 years of age and living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no address, no money, no worries.

Gee looks like some of you need some lessons in High level falling.
I can do a swan dive from 2.5 + meters onto my head onto brick floor with no apparent injuries except a BIG bump in the middle of my head. Got the photos to prove it.
Last year lost my balance (as I do a lot now days) coming down some steps on a mates boat and demolished his wooden step and remove the screen door and bent the aluminium guide rail. Scalped myself and had a little sleep and lost some blood and had a head ache for a week (luckily I had some strong CBD) but still alive and no broken bones that I know of, but in MANNAM I think they would miss it even if they were sticking out of the skin.
12 × 5 house boat moored at the present in Mannum Waters Marina.
Converting to LiFePo4 for float alone status

Jeez, we must all be getting old, those bloody busses move around when you are on the roof. All the best for a full recovery George.

Me, sneezed the other day and detached a retina. Had to drive to Toowoomba to get it spot welded. Home 6 hours after we left (140 K's each way)
Amazing what they can do these days.......

I had a call from George yesterday. He is very sore and still heavily medicated. They are waiting for the swelling to go down before surgery on his eye socket and cheekbone.
He asked me to thank everyone for their thoughts and best wishes.
He is still unsure of exactly what happened but he knows that he hit the fence and the brick retaining wall before he hit the concrete.
Get well soon George.
Cheers
