Help with computer please

Computer help please. I can not receive ,send .or diddly squat on my usual email address but I can on the old addy but I need stuff from the usual addy, The little wheel in the top left corner just keeps spinning his wheels. This what I get.
Log into account dobe 4851.blah blah
...
Login to server imap.telstra.com with username
dobe4851@bigpond.com failed.
Re try Enter New Password Cancel
Have tried all of the above and O joy at all I can also get onto fb and google ok Any ideas please.

Is the modem working or are the lights flashing
Check cords and cable or plugs
Internet drop out
Check phone to see if you have 4g service or 3G which would tel me drop out internet if on 3G [emoji848]

Switch off for five then plug back in if working time for a new one or if you got it your provider tell them maybe they will replace it [emoji3166][emoji3166][emoji3166]

If you can use other email accounts and browse the web etc, then I would suggest the issue is with Bigpond,
Maybe start an online chat with them, I have found this is usually easy and gets sorted relatively quickly - though I have not done it with Bigpond.
