Photo problem
Not sure what is wrong, but something happened yesterday and I can’t see avatars or post photos from my phone. Emojis & photos have also disappeared from existing posts.
I’ve checked my settings, and all display options are ticked yes.
I have not yet checked the pooter to see if the problem applies there.
Any suggestions?

Re: Photo problem
Ray, It probably isn't of much help, but I can see all your recent photos, avatars and emojis on my Samsung phone.
Maybe you just peed off someone really important that can make stuff happen.
Have you tried the obvious power down the phone, wait a minute or so, then power it back up again? That often works on my phone when the app for my hearing aids won't connect.

Re: Photo problem
When the app for my Phonak hearing aids starts to play up, and it is know issue that they claim will be fixed at next update, I cant even use the phone as a phone, it just becomes a red wallet. But if you re-read my post you will see that at no point did I say I was able to post pics with my hearing aids. That would have to be the next level ones that they haven't made yet.
Cheers

Re: Photo problem
ABC has a “Listen” app.
Maybe it’s an alternative for your hearing aid?

Been there, done that. No change.supersparky wrote: ↑Mon Feb 08, 2021 2:51 pm Have you tried the obvious power down the phone, wait a minute or so, then power it back up again? That often works on my phone when the app for my hearing aids won't connect.
Interesting: While I’m drafting a post, I can see & add emojis from the keyboard, but the Smilies on the forum are invisible — just the title with blank spaces under.
When I post, the emoji becomes invisible. If I edit the post the emoji reappears until I upload the edit, whereupon it is once again invisible. ???

Re: Photo problem
Ray, you havent accidentally ticked the disable smilies tab in the option tab at the bottom the page have you. Scroll down under the preview and submit tab and you should see the option and attachment tabs. See if disable smilies is checked or not.
