The latest is questions about tax returns for ACEIS Automotive, even though it went belly up in 1998 ... it seems asking about their ability to actually find I'd ever owned a business but their lack of desire to actually follow up the bankruptcy trail said a lot about their true aims in their dealings with me .... didn't help my case much

Compared to nothing per day ... I could get used to it  A Google search says the single pension base rate is around $62 per day .... that would be like winning the lottery that pays every fortnight for life 8-)

Just received what I suspect is a scam email.
Woman in USA calling herself Faith Charity (!) offered to buy Girt "for her son in France". Wanted a price in $US and said she'd pay shipping costs (to France? :o )...
I wonder who was going to pay for the conversion to LHD for France?
She got onto me via an RV sales website I have not advertised on... I suspect the ad was lifted from this forum.

GIRT HAS NEW OWNERS!!
😁🍾🥂🥂
A couple flew down from Brisbane and after a quick tour, bought her on the spot.
They are overnighting in Rutherglen and after a more comprehensive training session tomorrow, they will drive her back to Brisbane.
We are quite happy with the price negotiated.
They don’t need the Tilta-Trailer, so that’s still available for $3,500 ono… if anyone is interested. 😀

Good one Ray, Girt was a good looking unit, I'm sure they'll enjoy their travels.
