RandB’s Upgrade Van
With SA being one of the few states you can still travel in we decide to look for a bit more comfort on the road. Would have liked to have a motorhome but a fair bit out of our price range.
Was looking at new vans but came across a local van that ticked about 95% of what we were looking for. Built 2018 and delivered to owners end February 2019. So fairly new with the home comforts we need at this stage of our life. Will pick up Saturday and store until we have the front yard finished in a couple of months.
We hope by fitting a wifi/phone booster Molly will be able to continue her work from the van so we would be able to stay for longer periods away as long as we had some internet signal. Looking forward to seeing more of SA and meeting other people. Cheers Robert

Looks great Robert, certainly will be comfortable to travel in, fingers crossed you'll be able to get away in it soon.

Congrats!
Gee those wheels are a fair way back? Where are the water tanks located? Might need to watch the tow bar weight?

OHTO BE YOUNG AGAIN. Enjoy your travels when you can get out and about without the restrictions.
It's a great country and there is a lot to see and do.
The van looks impressive--where is the fridge ? I guess it is underneath the Microwave/Xray machine.

Thank you all we going to enjoy it that is for sure. And the best news is I advertised the little back door job on FB market place and it may be sold. Just waiting to confirm money has been transferred. Had over 20 people wanting to look and the first couple bought it I hope.
Take care and have a great weekend folks cheers Robert

Hi Shirley no it didn’t, very basic but we put our mark on her and she was good to us. Looking forward to doing a few days from next Friday
Picked the new one up today and in storage south of us, nearly loaded all the gear and will finish tomorrow. Cheers Robert

Looks great RnB! You will enjoy the luxury. Hope you can get it kitted out so that Molly can work on the road.
