Is it just the fuel tank you want? Or do you need the carby too?

Ask Terry? I think the motor on his mulcher eats oil or locked up when it did.
Looked similar model. You can get electric ones I think Dot. Not so noisy & if you're at the block plug into the bus?

What's the matter with the tank?

If it's empty, tell George to add some petrol.... common trap for the unwary.

The one on the mulcher is red .... so no good to you .... and it's only 4hp ..... but I'd be happy to swap it for the 5hp one, the mulcher could do with a bit more grunt

Tank has a leak and soldering is no good. Nigel also told us to put fuel in it but it ran straight out. He is a smart ass that little bugger.

Dot, you can buy a tube of petrol tank sealer for about $15, they work really well and I've used it for fixing water tanks, fuel tanks and once a blokes radiator which got a stone through it on the road to Menindee. The diesel starter tank on my neighbours sahara is sealed with it and that's been well over ten years since I fixed that for her and it was supposed to be patch up job until she found another tank. There's a number of brands to choose from and just about every garage or auto shop should have them in tubes and tins
