Hot Stuff!

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Free camping at Elmore, en route to Penola SA, & genny ran out of fuel!
Inside the van it was 31* at 2100. 🥵
BoM promises Dunkeld will be a bit cooler today. 🤞

Camped at Moliagul Vic over night at a free camp. Read the info here sign says that Dr John Flynn was born in house opposite, [inland mission & RFDS] also 1/2 k away was where the "Welcome Stranger" nugget was found. Pub built in 1864 burnt down rebuilt in 1869 still here.
Off to Murtoa today to the stick shed. Very hot yesterday 38* but a wind came in at 0400 this morning and dropped to the 16* had to put a blanket on. Was going to camp at Elmore Ag ground yesterday but its full of the people from the Rochster floods so moved on, just missed you Ray.

It was a very warm one in the Mannum area yesterday, in the afternoon the wind created some big white tops, tried to get a photo of the pelican surfing the waves but there wasn't enough light for the camera to pick them up out of all the other white on the water .... but I did get a few of the waves earlier, they got even bigger as the sun went down, the phots don't really show just how big they are, they were enough to make it through the duckweed barrier and half way across the road .....

Must be right then. Even BoM thinks its gunna rain up here somewhere.
Could Nigel be a little more specific about location and time?
