Hi Craig, we are at Pinjarra now lovely little town like it a lot. Yep 24 hr limit and only self contained vehicles. Camps7 lists it as Pinjarra Information Centre but the Info Centre is further in town, the stop is actually at the Railway Station Precinct. There's a Dump Point, water with no hose. Bins, toilets at Railway Station.

There is Nanga Mill/ Lane Pool near Dwellingup that will take a rig of your size.
I'd advise leave the bus at Pinjarra and take a tour of the mixed camping areas there .

Some sites are right on the river and reasonably flat.
I'd come and show you the place but we're off tomorrow and will be setting all the stuff into the van.

Thanks Noggans, we went and had a look yesterday, gorgeous place.....Camps7 says no big rig.....I'm not taking any notice of that anymore, will judge for ourselves, been to quite a few they say arnt suitable for big rigs and they are??? We are following the Free Camps and only stay at $$$ ones once a month or so, Nanga is $14 a night sadly  So we may go on our way back later next month.
Have a great trip...............Where are you heading?

Cheers

Alexander Bridge for about a week.
Maybe moving from there if we find a good free spot on the Blackwood River.
I've Google Earth'ed a few likely prospects.

If you want to be a bit cheeky there is a beautiful place in Culeenup Rd North Yunderup , big reservation area beside the Murray River.
The houses are on the other side of the road and an open reserve to the river. We live down the other end of the road.
If you went to the end of the road and parked in the reserve I suppose you would be left alone.
Ring me on 0407 183650 for details.
remember Google Earth can be your friend.

We are at a spot just outside Collie right now (sunday) Phone has 1 bar, internet on & off................. heading......where ever we point the bus! Dont know how long we'll stay, if it's nice we'll stay longer if not we wont!!. Doesnt seem to be a whole lotta "free camps closer to the coast. Let us know what you find.
