7 day lockdown SA

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

As part of my efforts to reduce cholesterol I use Nuttelex Original with sunflower oil with vegemite on my toast. The label states "suitable for cooking and baking. no dairy, nut oil, gluten, cholesterol, soy,".

Read the label on Aldi’s “Olive Spread”.
Less than 2% olive oil…😳 the rest is palm oil, from what I surmise, reading between the lines. 🤔
Regards & God bless,

Still cook with butter, just tastes better, but I spread the Aldi Olive classic on the toasted muffin each morning and on the bread or toast that goes with the soup or baked dinner and egg .... enough bits have failed over the last 12 mths or so I reckon it's too late to start any sort of conservation efforts

As far as projects to work on, I've got heaps, but this time they've deemed we can only go to the workshop if needed to assist an off grid failure problem ... not allowed to stay there and work .... crazy I know, the place would be still locked down and only the same two people at the house would be at the workshop ...... no use bringing a project home, all the gear I need is at the workshop .... by order of the management  ..... but I have enjoyed my first day of retirement at home :D still no pension though  I reckon Margaret was worried I'd get the feel for not working any more and threw a spanner in the works ;) :o

Actually, if today is any guide, the amount of sweet stuff I've eaten to day while in the lounge chair I mightn't be able to get out of it after the 7 days
