TWAT do you mean Dot? And be careful, else a red letter might be heading your way!

TWAT I mean is a place in England and for those that are not well informed on the English language it means "idiot" and for that I got a holiday.

Gee Dot twat can I say. Trust you had a good holiday. If it is any consolation, Maryanne had a post removed today for suggesting that someone was a "Good Samaritan". So observations of whatever sort, are a real no-no these days.

Good question, which I am at a loss to answer Dot!

But what of Nelly's response, should she so choose?

I always thought 'twat' was a clever way of saying 'two'. Maybe that's what upset all the French people that I know.
Oh, and welcome to the forum Nelly, we are all a little bit mad over here.

Could there be a little more to it than that ? :?
I would suspect so. ;)
