new project .
Well we have started another project between working on the bus .
A few months ago we bought a camper trailer for a few pennies ($150) . It was a bit of a mess no fridge no stove and all the upholstery was torn and dirty . The canvas for the slide out beds were torn (stitching had come undone) and mouldy we have removed it to make it easier to work on. It also had been damaged at the rear old mate who owned it used the brail method of backing I think . So this looks like fun we thought ...as you do... The cupboards and draws were also in the same state of dis-repair . So as we have started restoring it to its former glory I might just as well show the progress as we meander along .
Hope you enjoy .
Bernie .

If you've got the time and ability to work on it Bernie, why the heck not
Looks as though there is a bit to be done, but as long as the frame is reasonable there shouldn't be any major concerns.
If it does turn out worse than you thought you could always rip the whole body off and build a teardrop shell on it
Now that would be a clever workmans job

Re: new project .
Thanks for the support NP, BOB, Lance, BB and Dot .
AS said before the upholstery was a mess Carol has re-upholstered all except the bed mattress's She is only going to use calico for them .
The lounge was a u shape took up about a third of the camper and was one piece , that was a fun job .
A couple more pics showing the before and after with the bench/kitchen seating , and the state of the bedding .
Bernie .
The before and after seem to be the wrong way around ?

Some more of the fit out done a week or so ago . Other stuff has got in the way at the moment (Carols tiling the house).
I bought a second hand fridge for $250 exact same model that was originally in it . And it works on all three 12, 240 and gas . Plus a pic of the inside before Carol attacked it with the paint brush .
More to come .
