The new (to us) caravan .

Post by BernieQ2 »

Well us being us decided that the "new" caravan needed a better dining area .
It had swivel recliner seats in the dining area ( product of previous owner) , they were too large for the small dinning area , so we decided to change it as you do.

So I sent Carol on a mission .

And this is what we now have...

Have her working on new curtains as well .

Found a leak in the shower tap ( cracked ) Mate up the road is taking faulty tap back to caravan sales to exchange for a new one for me .
His Son in-law works there saves me a cuppla hundred K's . And he is going to Bundy anyway
Hope you like what we have done .

Looks very good, think you have both done a great job 👍

What size & type of caravan ? We are considering selling our Coaster & buying a caravan.

Hi Shirley , its a Golf Challenger 21 1/2 foot external , independent suspension , east west bed combined toilet and shower 4 burner stove grill and oven .
More cupboard space that we had in the bus , washing machine.....but that may go... 3 way (at the moment) fridge .

Thanks Bernie, we are thinking of buying a smaller caravan maybe 15-16 ft, preferable with a shower/toilet.
We bought a new vehicle 4x4 can tow 3 ton.

DÉJÀ VU!!
We’ve just booked a 2-week stay there for mid-June.
Great place, ON the beach, good looking facilities & friendly staff.
Had a sticky when last in Bundaberg.
Sure you’ll enjoy it. 😃
(Make sure you pack a notebook & pencil to note all the mods you’d like to make after the shakedown trip... and pack a bunch of self-adhesive hooks. You’d be surprised how handy they are. 😜)
Regards & God bless,
Ray
