Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
I am off to have a nice hot bath, sick of all the "experts" with all different views on this virus thing, no wonder people are confused and the grubs coming out of the woodwork saying they have the one and only cure but at a high price. Nothing on TV

Dot, I thought I was the only one getting a bit pissed orf with all the nutters coming out of the woodwork. That Pete Evans is a piece of work too...crazy is too kind a word for him. Hope the bath was good xxxx
We finally had a meeting at the window and worked out how it will be finished off. So now I have a sketch of the woodwork and the plans. Now I am back to cutting glass and doing a lot of stained glass work. It's a bigger job than I thought, but what else do I have to do?

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Our eldest daughter had Netflix so included us on her list, now we hardly watch live TV - especially the past few weeks - & currently watching a couple of shows with multiple... bugger, forget the word... "chapters' & each "chapter" has 10-15 "paragraphs" each "paragraph last 45 - 60 mins.
Now then simply convert my chapter/paragraphs to visual thingies & ya got as much entertainment as you want.
The menu is pretty good & changes as well.
Check it out.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Sorry about the poor entertainment in your area Dot. We watched a movie last night on Foxtel that must have been the first one Lucille Ball made. She and Rickie bought a ginormous trailer to live in, after their wedding. It was a really good one and had us in stitches with many of our own memories of buying that first van many years ago. xxxx
Today was a write off for me with a thumping head as a result of yesterday's neighbourhood campfire. I didn't think we were close enough to be affected by it.....wrong again. Oh well back to the shed tomorrow. I have a window that needs building.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Deborah that movie was a scream esp when the back end was over the cliff because of her stash of rocks
Actually for it's time that was a pretty flash van. Went for a walk around the block this arvo and spoke to a friend that had been to Woolies, I asked "any loo paper?" and as usual the answer was NO but they are restocking the fruit and vegs. Might have to get some oranges, bananas and maybe a cabbage to use as bum wipes
Hope your headache has gone by now Deborah and you can get back into that Lair of yours. Going to call my mates in NZ tomorrow to see how they are doing, I know I will get a few laughs from Sue as her accent is so strong I have to keep asking her to repeat herself
Time for bed so goodnight everyone x

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Dot, our woolies has been getting a lot more toot paper and it doesn't seem to disappear off the shelves as quickly as had been. Maybe this too will pass. Hope you dont need to use those cabbage leaves, unless you are cooking the for Gman's dinner. xxxx
Yep, as ordered, I was back in my shed today. I have wrapped a lot of pieces of glass in copper foil and tomorrow it will be another day of deciding which glass goes where and cutting out a lot more pieces.
Hope you are all finding things to occupy yourselves, without driving yourselves nuts

Twas a lovely sunny warm day
Having a laugh at the Gordon Ramsay's Hotel Hell(7 fix) and that place is nothing on the one in NZ
Going for a hair cut Thursday so at least it will be a day out, might get some dunny paper as well (if very lucky)
This show is hilarious
So I shall say goodnight everyone x

Interweb just aint what it used to be hay Dot?
xxxx
More glass cutting and fitting into place today. Vaguely starting to look like a window. I am still wrapping lots of the pieces in very thin copper foil as a start to the big window side of the job. As the rest of the shapes have been cut, I guess the next couple of days will see me swearing at the copper foil as it wraps the glass and my finger tips will be shredded again. We suffer for our art.
