Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Anyone know if Dave escaped before the gate gets shut today?
Just had a look on the interweb and if travelling from Qld into NSW after 12:01am 27th March (2 days ago) you must apply for a permit 24hrs before entering NSW or at the border. If you have been in an area of high concern you can only enter NSW if you are a resident and you can not transit through NSW.
So ...... he is either in a very long line of vehicles waiting to get to the border to see if they will let him travel through to Victoria ... then he has to get into Victoria so yet another long line, or he is on his way back home .... or somehow he got across the border and has swapped his rego plates for NSW plates

Thanks for the WD40 top Tanks. I have a supply of that on board. We have pulled up for the night just a bit south of Narrabri NSW. Been for a bit of a walk and no sign of mice anywhere. But we aren't anywhere near a grain storage area either. I think we dodged a bullet with the lockdown. Got out just in time. Bloody covid.
T1, sometimes you can just get lucky can't you.
Just doing the mental image of the last time I tried to get in a vehicle window.
Cheers

Morning all hope we have the same luck as you Dave
We are heading for Mendooran this morning......if we can get over the border.
Had a little shower yesty arvo 11 mm.
Good morning everyone. Just found T1's post from yesterday. It sure looks like we missed all the kerfuffle from Bris. It's amazing what goes on when you don't have a decent radio that gets the ABC. Nothing at the border or anywhere so far. When we left you didn't need a permit. Might have to find out how to get one now. We had to drive through a few big puddles just north of Moree, otherwise only hold up has been roadworks.
I will be looking for you Bob, was going to go through Binnaway.
Bernie, you shouldn't have a problem, everything will be ok again in a few weeks. I was going to say normal again, but I don't reckon normal exists anymore.
Safe travels everybody, stay off the ankle Bernie.
Cheers
