Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Shirley, that's not good. I hope the young bloke gets over this event OK. Working 2 jobs and 12 hr days is always a strain on the body. Enjoy your Easter with the gkids.
Cheers

Hi. Am I missing something or has the whole world gone mad. If you have been cleared to get into Vic. why do you have to reapply after two weeks. Perhaps if you go out and want to get back in again or havn't been in for two weeks since you applied. Just wondering.

I dunno why I have to reapply either John. But it clearly states that the permit is only valid for 14 days. You are right. The world has gone mad, at least our little bit anyway. Welcome to the new normal I think.

Likewise, John & David!
Do we Victorians have to apply for a permit to cross state borders, too?
No probs nipping across the Murray to Corowa or Albury...
Thinking of an expedition around June, to the wilds of Qld (well, as far as Dysart, anyway).
Do we have to get permission to transit NSW &/or enter the Sunshine State?? :?
Regards & God bless,
Ray

Good morning everyone, just getting light here. I still haven't got used to daylight saving, glad it finishes soon. Had a nice sit around the fire last night. Went for a walk down by the river yesty, saw some decent sized fish in one of the billabongs. Will get the gkids to catch one next week when they are here. Probably just carp, but hope not.
Safe travels everybody, have a great day.
Cheers

Morning folks heading towards 30c today and sitting at 21c at the moment. Had the son visit yesterday as he had arranged to have lunch with his sister and the family. She also told him he better come round and set up my new TV and sound system. All done and getting back some of the uni cost.

Been a quite Easter at home but some good cooking going on. Back to some basic meals which I like.

Best to all traveling and stay safe, cheers Robert

The beans turned out excellent as I did not use a recipe, lots of vegies as well incorporated.

Take care and enjoy the day. Cheers Robert

Good morning and Happy Easter everyone. The oldies are pretty happy, gkids and great gkids have began to turn up here. By Monday all but 2 will have been here. The weather is still pleasant, shorts and short sleeve shirts are all the go. The town is packed, as is usual for a 4 day break. Unlike last year.
Plenty of swans on the lake, cockies and corellas all along the river. I am off to Vic tomorrow to visit family.
Have a great day everybody, safe travels.

Morning RnB, you are up and about early. Did you forget to put your clock back. The tucker looks good, not sure about the been though.
Cheers
