Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning everyone, from the sunny but cold Strathbogie Ranges. The man says it feels like 6° right now. The wind is coming off ice somewhere.
The new mower looks good Bernie, did you give up on the old one? I hope that Robyn is ok, Bob.
Have a great day everybody, safe travels.
Cheers

Crickey Bernie,
Can you bring the old mower down please? If that's not possible, how about the new one. ;)

Sunny day here today. (finally).

Have a good day everyone.

Tanks, sorry to hear about the girls. Can only be sad your way. Take care. jd

There was another one doing the same thing not far behind him as well. By the look of the head gear and beards I think they both worked for Punjabe transport?? Hope the mongrels get done big time. Then on last nights Hiway patrol a woman with a head scarf thingo learning to drive put her foot on the go pedal instead of the stop one and she went straight over the centre divide into a house, cop tried to ask her Q but no English Q/ is if you can't speak English how can they read signs etc so how do they get their licenses and even your L plates ? No rain today but it looks like it might some time soon.
The truck thing going down the big hill was the engine sprung a leak and dumped oil on the roadway. Very possible the engine over revved and threw a leg out of bed because the oil trail was quite short, so the diver certainly knew something had gone wrong as soon as it went wrong  The truck had to be towed down the rest of the way, I sure wouldn't like that job, a fully loaded B Double and the weight of the prime mover added to the weight of the tow truck itself .... all relying on the tow truck engine to hold it back. Too steep in that section to drop the trailers and slip another prime mover under them .... it would be interesting to see the whole tow away part on video ... might turn up on You Tube sometime

Shed Day (home, not Men’s) today.
I have to make DiL’s Christmas present. Been half-done for over a month… 🙄
Yesterday SWMBO & I spent the day mowing & tidying the yard. Only mowed FOUR DAYS earlier! 😳
High soil moisture (saturated would be more accurate) and a few sunny days does wonders for grass growth.
Probably need to mow again by Friday.
Gotta keep it under control — local Garden Club is visiting on Sunday for a sticky.
And it’s only taken NINE YEARS to get grass coverage on 90% of the yard. Was a dustbowl when we moved in… previous owners obviously stopped watering the day we signed the contract. A lot can die in three months. At least the nine roses survived, along with most of the trees.
Regards & God bless,
Ray

Wellwe now have thunder and the pitter patter of rain on the roof is getting louder, the grey/black clouds are moving over and the birds have gone quiet so I guess it is an inside day. Woo how now the lightening is starting
