Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Me thinks it might be time to find a new specialist, that one is lining his pockets worse than a dentist ;)

Good morning.
Cept for helping Carol dig a cuppla holes for some plants...and getting yelled at for being slow 😁😁 I done bugga all, nup not correct I mowed the back yard, then I spent the arvo watching the Bathurst cars... with luck I will get to see the start of the race today... before heading off to maryborough.
And no bacon and eggs this morning...we will be having a cooked lunch at the "Tavern" in Tinana...
I like that temp thingy Jon that would save water waiting for the correct temp.
Keep safe everyone.
Bernie.

Good morning everyone, its a cool overcast morning here. We had a storm blow in just after dark last night, some torrential rain and a bit of lightning. 30 odd mm in the gauge this morning.
We visited an old mate yesterday, he'd just said goodbye to his old dog. We went to the pub for lunch and talked for the rest of the arvo.
Won't be doing much but watching Bathurst today, I think.
Not sure who I will barrack for, haven't watched it much through the season. I've lost a lot of interest in the category. I used to think Bathurst day should be Fathers Day, but not anymore.
Enjoy your day with the family Bernie.
We've got a tempering valve at the Suburban HWS, but the thought of having an adjustable one in the cubicle is a good idea, I think.
Glad to see you're back in a reception area Helen. What have you done to Dot, she is still quiet?
Safe travels everybody, have a top day.
Cheers

I'm guessing Bathurst is taking up all the regular poster's attention at the moment .... it's an ad break or I wouldn't be here either ;) 8-)

Dave,

The bus has a tempering valve at the HWS too. The problem I have is, when having a shower, the temperature is always changing (cooling down) as the hws fills with cold water.

So, now the shower will be maintained at 40(?) while the tank is cooling down with cold water..

You're lucky that you have access to the plumbing in your bus. I reckon the bloke that did your fit-out musta been a bit smarter than than the engineers?? at the old Winnebago factory (now Avida). Next time I'm looking at you I'll show you what I mean. Everything is put together like pre-assembled modules. Probably makes construction easier, but it sucks from a maintenance point of view.

Why doesn't the hot water cyl have a defused on the cold water entry? That way it creates a layer between the cold and the hot .... 5 secs warning it's about to go from warm to ice cold
