Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Bernie, a bored mind wanders. Lot of things to do next week..... or even tomorrow. Enjoy your beer today!

Going to have another attempt at sorting out the firmware for this BMS. Not having much luck. So I bought a bigger unit last week as a back stop.

have a great day! sunny here.
I have the contact details for the bloke who took over building the ZEVA BMS systems if all else fails.
Fortunately, both my Daly balancers were in the Fuso when it burnt, saved me from trying to get them to function .. they get a lot of bad reviews on Google, so you and I aren't the only ones who has had problems with them.

Good morning everyone.
Cloud all day and only 3 mm.
I done the trip to Biggenden for scripts, also bought some weed killer from the hardware.
Glyphosate...
Over the back has a drone that was not working so he dropped it in for me to fiddle with...I got it going...now...to try and remember what I done 😁🤔
Carol walking more unaided.
Pretty quiet around here at the moment... still nothing on the trails camera... maybe today when I look at the Sim...
I asked my daughter to take a screenshot of the lithium battery in her van so I could see how the battery was... van is in the shed... all good still in the mid thirteens volts...
Nothing planned for today.
Keep safe everyone.
Bernie.

Good morning everyone. I'm over near Kyneton today. Looking after the little grandson, when he wakes up. There has been some light drizzly rain, but the sun is out now.
Not much else to report.
Bernie, its good to hear Carol is making good progress.
Safe travels everybody.
Cheers

Morning everyone.
We caught the edge of a storm last night...7 mm in the gauge.
Gave the neighbour back his drone...I figured out how to start the little bugga..works a treat now... he's happy..
Had a visit from our son, he was taking machinery back to Maryborough from Mt. Perry, he has to go back today to pick up the bulldozer..
Also had a call from my brother he's in Bankstown hospital with tubes into his lungs trying to drain them... not looking good..
Plus his wife had a fall and they are both in casualty together...🤔🙄 not a fun post today.
Enjoy the time with the grandson Dave.
Keep safe.

Good morning everyone, its a bright sunny morning here at Pipers Creek. But windy and cold outside. I'm just sitting inside playing at child supervisor. I'm not very good at it though, so I'm told.
Bernie, that certainly isn't the news you wanted.
It's bin day somewhere today.
Safe travels everybody.
Cheers

Hopefully the brother and SiL recover soon Bernie, never a good time when family is in the wars medically.

Today was an early start, pick up Brian and Ruby for Vet first thing appointment to get the op done to get the cruciate ligament (ACL) reattached in her left back leg.
Then off to Victron to pick up the bits for the Winnie battery and solar upgrades .... no inverter ..... then to the yad where the car carrier dropped off the MG4 I bought from Tullamarine Pickles ...... Picking up the car wasn't a big drama, getting the "unregistered vehicle permit" for Service SA was like applying for a passport or something .... what a load of B/S they carry on with .... had to list out the roads I would use to get from Lonsdale back to Mannum, no deviation allowed ..... yeah right, this vehicle has been off the road since April when it was hit up the butt, like the battery is still gunna be fully charged ..... it had enough to maybe get to Mt Barker, but Margaret and Brian spotted a charging station just off the route we were on .... but apparently the DC fast chargers had never been connected  Followed Margaret to another DC fast charger, saw parts of Adelaide only the postie would know existed (thank you Google maps) down loaded the required app and the charging commenced .... not at the expected 50kw, but 20kw charged at the price per kw the 50kw chargers demand :x already too far of the designated route, so put up with it .... 3/4 hr later, that should be plenty to get home, Margaret had already headed off with Brian to collect Ruby from the vet .... so I foolishly trusted Google to guide me home  After an interesting tour of every piece of roadworks between Adelaide and the top of the first hill, through the very best traffic congestion available, I made t onto the freeway, possibly 15 mins max via the main rds, but an hr via the Google scenic route

Onto the freeway, shitte .... don't these things accelerate hard ...... bang bang bang, looking the mirrors, the rear bumper is flapping out either side to the max stretch of the plastic, then bang back into place and repeat ..... a quick look underneath showed every supporting piece was actually still in the back seat area after the smash repairs had stripped it down to quote repairs   4 screws under the rear hatch lid were all that was holding it on, and no catch to hold the boot lid shut

A somewhat more subdued trip for the remainder of the way to Mannum, but apart from the flapping rear bumper, it drives great.

Margaret reported poor Ruby was in serious pain when they collected her from the vet, so Brian is being Rubys support person at the moment, hope they both get a good nights sleep, I know Brian has been very worried about his little lady, so not getting a lot of sleep, so hopefully all will improve as time goes by ....

Good morning.
Massive storm here last night, rain, hail some as large as a golf ball...and 38 mm in the gauge...
We are off to Bundy today to see the surgeon, Carol's first visit since her opp. And yesterday we went to Biggenden to pick up some milk and bread...her first time off the property since the opp.
She managed ok...was a bit tired when we got home...
Lots of people on the sick list.
Two and four legs 🤔
I haven't had a look yet to see if there was any damage done in the veggie patch..
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Good morning folks nice cool morning and expecting 27c max today. Pysio this afternoon and sort out exercises around the knee.

Starting to feel the movement of the pin in the bone and it is not nice with a long way to end of January.

Best to all and take care Robert

Good morning from a very wet morning...it has been raining since 3 am heavy sometimes.
We done the run to Bundy, Carol has had the staples removed.. doctor happy with her knee...
Because we were getting home late from Bundy we/her decided to buy take away... bought a meal from Red Rooster 🐓.. first and last time I'll even buy from them again...was not enjoyable..
I was going to mow today...but..this rain has stopped that from happening.
Looks like I now have to buy a Holden panel van...to put the V 10 into 😜😜
Keep safe and dry.
Bernie.
WOW... just checked my rain gauge...42 mm.
