Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

I'm at Pipers Creek now, going to have a play day with my little grandson tomorrow. Then we'll head back north and find out if we have an indoor swimming pool when we get home.
Hi Dave, I thought you were dreaming. :)

Morning all,

Stunning March autumn day here. BOM predicts a week of 30's which will be beautiful but a bit unusual. Looks like a late Indian summer.

Hope the lad gets better Bernie.

Neighbour's son(?) has brought home a small MH on a small light truck Toyota/Hino chassis. Looks nice though the fence.

Looking like a hotter day than yesterday around here, hovering around the 40s .... real conducive to getting out there and starting the cabling and battery re-orientation  Didn't even get the hole drilled and the trial fit of the inverter yesterday, the heat got to me it seems, so the short afternoon nap lasted for a few hrs  Then it was dinner time 8-)

Hi Dave, I thought you were dreaming. :)

George
I must have been dreaming George.
We can't get home at the moment, due to flooded roads. I've spoken to some of my neighbours this morning. They have been moved to temporary accommodation because there ceiling has collapse. Then they found that water was getting into there house. It's still too unsafe to get a tarp over their roof.
It's just the uncertainty of not knowing, and the news services don't help much. They all go for the sensational story, not just facts anymore.
Cheers

You'll have to install cameras to record to the cloud when you are away .... just so you know if there is any rush to head home, if the roof has collapsed and everything is ruined, there is no rush, you can't save any of it, if everything is locked up tight and no problems, there is no rush to get home either ;)

Thanks George. I got pretty much the same picture on my phone too. But it doesn't tell you much. Just general stuff.

I remember when the ABC was broadcasting the Black Saturday fires. And the announcer , who I always though was a bit of a duck, said proudly... "oh its raining. ," and then the bom bloke corrected him saying it was smoke and ash he was seeing on the radar.
