Good morning.
We had some rain yesterday arvo and some thru the night... but not a lot..
Only one dunny in our place Dave... and no leaking taps.
If I hear the pump come on and Carol nowhere near the taps I go looking...one has to on tank water...
And the bloody electricity people didn't turn up ??? Maybe they fixed the problem from afar... smart meters..
I'm still doing nothing... not sure why my knee is playing up...it's more to the side of it, not actually the knee
Because of the rain and the BOM saying it was coming I cut up more of the old sleepers I have... only two left... but to big for the electric saw... chainsaw will fix them.
Not bad for doing nothing

Keep safe.
Bernie.

Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone. It's rather fresh here at the moment. BoM is saying it's -1⁰ right now, so I think the grass will be white when the sun comes up.
I gave the Winny a wash when we arrived yesty. Why does everything get dirty when it rains?
I'm heading down to the big smoke to visit my daughter today. Not looking forward to the drive in the Jimny.
Safe travels everybody, happy hump day.

Re: Good morning daily
Been good weather nice and sunny and solar producing well, expecting rain next week.
Having the two roller doors serviced this morning as they are starting to muck up a bit then our TV sound bloke as the surround sound is not working and no 4k through the projector. All the sound system is over 20 years old so expect problems.
No medical this week but pick up again next week.
Travel safe folks cheers Robert

Re: Good morning daily
Rained all night and still raining. Weather people predict we still have another 250mm to come before the weekend.
Greeted this morning with a 240vac problem that has me beat. Turned the toaster on, the milk frothier, pressed the button on the coffee machine and the power went out, both AC power and 12vdc power.
Traced it back to the house power box, RCD tripped and that had caused the inverter to take over and drained the battery, no idea how long we have been running off the inverter.
Played the RCD switching game for a few rounds ..... Gave up and plugged in the MG .... it says it is providing 2400w, but nothing on the AC power meters, tried turning each RCD off and on again ..... still nothing ..... toast and coffee made on the gas stove and think about what else I can try .....
Bought some wet weather gear from Bunnings yesterday while the new stock lasted, by lunch time their whole pallet full was gone ......
Tracking around in the wet weather gear kept the rain off, I just got sweat soaked instead
I am definitely over this rain stuff, I'm expecting to sink so far in the mud patch that was a front lawn, that I'll end up with a boot stuck in the mud ..... did I mention that I've had enough of the rain for a while
