Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning everyone, it's already reached our forecast max of 25⁰ today. Copy and paste of past few days expected, with no rain.
I'm off to have lunch with a couple of my old workmates today. We'll have a few laughs and tell a few tall stories I reckon.
Good luck with finding old reusable lawnmower bits Jon. I think B&S went downhill when the went to aluminium bores.
George, I hope your repairer turns up again, as expected.
Not much else to report yet.
Safe travels everybody.
Cheers
David

Morning all have you arisen yet Dot, that silent reply only heard by cats and dogs.

Max is 26c today but already they are r3cording 28.1c so a bit out.

Due to health at the moment unable to do much past 10 minutes of light stuff at home. Had my gardener in trimming back all the cycads and weeding. Have a fair few cycad pups to pull off and repot. Front roses coming well and will post some photos when the flowers are out. Gives me the shits that I am unable to do the simple jobs.

I had fixed the water leak a month ago under the rear of the van then discovered a leak at the T piece under the vanity unit. Had Dave the gardener fix it yesterday and we replaced the T piece and some hose. Works well under 12v pump pressure and will connect the house supply up today.

Starting to sell my excess camp ovens and camping gear and back to basics. Had a few sales so that is good.

Take care and stay safe cheers Robert

Good morning.
Good news... our son has left the building 😁 all vital signs are in the green... Carol is feeling better...

We started the rebuild of the Hot house..most of the shadcloth has been put on...we may Finnish the little project today 🤔🤔...

And I might mow the yard... possibly. 😋😜 Yesterday's temperature was down some... enough to not put the aircon on...
Clear skies above so I'm betting back to hot again.
Keep safe.
Bernie.

"tanks" here---
The magic smartphone indicates that the temp at Wyalkatchem will be in the range 12c to 34c today, with Saturday's temp looking at 10c to 25c.

I prefer the warm/hot weather as it makes breathing easier, as long as not too far above 30c.
Have a great day everyone, and get ready for the weekend.
My neighbour from the Dysart Queensland house who bought the property from me back in 2023 is coming to Perth to visit his sister. They are both driving to Wyalkatchem to visit me on Sunday.
It's always nice to know or meet nice people.
Keith.

Yesterday nearly melted me down, by 3pm I was done and went into shutdown mode for an hr or so till it cooled off a bit.

Hopefully, I'll have the yard sorted enough to put one container in place today, might give it a coat of paint next week so it doesn't look so bad and drag the 20 ft container across to make an end wall and give that a coat of paint as well.
