Still at Khancoban, 20 MHs / 5er's here now. Dinner for all in the Club tonight then pull out tomorrow [pity I'm getting members discount on beer, I've been here so long] all heading for Jingellic [big drive].

just up the road to Myrtleford doing another caravan park but at least this one is a lot better than the one at Beechworth... Moving on again tomorrow going to check out a couple of freebies to hang out for a couple of days, moving closer to the big climb !! Went and checked out a campground at Nug Nug today quite good even has power and water to some sites $5.00pp per night plus $5.00 if you want the power. and water. Toilets and cold showers, fires allowed, dog friendly, plenty of room would be able to take a Dot size bus, sealed road to camp site not far out of Myrtleford. It is in the Camps 6. No phone or internet. Will add photo's later.

Left Khancoban this morning, arrived at Jingellic, NO room to park 22 MHs. There were about 20 Vans there.

So rang Walwa Golf Club, it took 5 minutes for the chap to arrive and open for us Road Boss asked could they do a BBQ for us that evening "No trouble" . Fed 44 adults and 4 kids steak, snags, salads, onions, boiled chats and Fresh fruit salad & ice cream. Cost $440 free camping so we collected $5 p/v and donated it to the club.
Auctioned off 6 bottles of wine proceeds to the local hospital. Plus had happy hour(s) at the bar.
Leave here in the morning for Hume Weir.
