Did the Superpit today, what a place. Twas rather warm so left the air con on for the pussies and boy was that welcome so they told me.. The pic of the (for sale ) garage is covered with rego # plates from everywhere. Saw 3 ?? rejects of humanity dragging a tiny skinny puppy through the car park when the 02 bandit lifted the puppy up by the cord (no collar) and went to put it in a shopping trolley I let rip..... IT then gathered the poor wee pup up and they walked off laughing, so I called out exactly what I thought of them and their overall behaviour. And I was not PC in my speech either. Sick of some getting away with this type of cruelty and no one saying anything. Then we had to walk on the road to avoid the things spaced out on the footpath abusing each other and anyone that was within earshot. Shame on the Kalgoorlie police and PC brigades. End of rant

Left Kal this morning and at was already a hot start to the day. Refuelled on the way out of town $139.9cpl (Diesel) and the temp was 33deg. Made it to our usual stop out of Norseman (1330hrs WA time) and temp is now 37 so the nice red genny has us all cooling down nicely as well as being under the shade. Wizz bang hidden in the bushes with their doors open but the wind is hot as well and blowing nice red dust into their van. We shall be camped here till our mail arrives but the temp is supposed to be coming down in the next few days then watch the weather for the right winds then a slow trek over the paddock. Rather enjoyed Kal loved their big wide streets as well. Hope you lot are enjoying the daylight saving time.

NO "saving" up here in sunny QLD.
Time is passing too quickly so live life to the full with your spouse/partner while you still have she/he by your side.

Beautiful cool breeze today and the temp is just right. Collected the mail in Norseman and did some last bits of shopping. The temperatures for the next few days is right for travelling BUT head on winds are not appreciated but would rather be comfortable than bother about the extra fuel costs so tomorrow we shall start the trek. Just 2 vans in here last night and one has just arrived and looks like a stayer. Would be nice to sit outside but the flies are very persistent Have noticed an increase of motorhomes on the road the last couple of days and will most likely see more on the Nulla.
