I think they might have got the light weight ok - fibreglass without a proper engine would have done it. They could win backwards races - four reverse gears achieved by running the engine backwards via a switch on the dash.Busman wrote:Well the Zeta was made by a concrete mixer maker so they were not used to speed or light weight................

Re: well we made it
I still say Sydney is easier to drive in than Melbourne or Brisbane. Melbourne has turn right from the gutter type intersections, trains running down the middle of the street with lunatics that just jump off in front of a moving car and other train looking things that cross the street when ever they feel like it.
Brisbane can't seem to master the art of numbering and most definitely no idea about sign posting or simple inter connecting roads... just because you can see where you want to be doesn't mean you can actually get there.
Sydney traffic flows by basic rules, "right of weight" where the biggest truck wins, "oldest bomb has right of way" cause it's most likely unregistered and has no insurance and "if in doubt then plough on through" as time and other drivers wait for no one

Re: well we made it
Most definitely, I always do a walk through on Google maps and a street view of each major intersection from the direction I'll be travelling so I know what the signs will look like and what I should see if I made the correct turn.... then I know when I'm back on the right track if I stuff upBernieQ wrote:City signs are made for people who know where they are going .
