$745 for the day tour and $950 for the overnight for the Horizontal Falls, a very professional operation. Beautiful scenery, great fast boat trip through the 20 and 10 metre gaps depending on the state of the tide, the day we went there was a 7.5 metre tidal change.
We also visited the Purnunulu NP ie. Bungle Bungles we had a good time here great scenery if you like natural places
Defiantly 4wd only or big 4wd tour coach, can be done as part of a Broome to Broome trip via Kununurra including the Gibb river road up to Mitchell Falls and all the other places at a cost with a particular operator at $14000 per person or $23000 a couple.
The weather up here has been in the mid 30 deg. range and now that we have started to head south it is cooler at night, now with a blanket on.

Careful doing the overnighter Bernie ............ might have inhabitants in your van when you get back!
Try getting THEM out legally..... (5 years later ............)

Yes, per person. Derby is the cheapist point to fly from, people were leaving there vans etc at the caravan park and you are picked up from here by bus. Storage at back of park is $10 per night or stay on a site at $44 per night. It is not value for money but little choice.
