Have no idea what a 'tad' is... consequently no bloody idea how to excite it.

Re: Terry & Margaret's trip to WA
We made it as far as Three Springs and spent 2 great days/nights with Officer Dibble and Della, then tried to keep up with the lead footed Dibs and off to Jurien Bay to meet up with Neil and Di for a cuppa at their house sit there, then on down the coast road till we hit the detour around a fatal accident ending up back on the Brand Hwy and now parked up in Midland caravan pk for the night. A busy day tomorrow trying to get all the boxes ticked regarding getting this electric hilux and trucked back to Mannum and a pick up from a supplier over here to save a few hundred $$ in freight costs. Apparently attempting such a feat in WA on a Friday causes much merriment to the locals with the explanation WA means Wait Awhile

Just trying to organise freight here without a mining account is a challenge... let alone on a Friday. Best of success making it happen.
Hey you might have been safer here in front of my place on the nature strip than the Midland Caravan Park. Remember... if you get offered ice there it will not be for your whiskey, and a quarter is not for the washing machine! [emoji23]
Safe travels home.
Cheers,
Steve

Re: Terry & Margaret's trip to WA
Well, the whole lot went pear-shaped when the Electrolux didn't come up to scratch as far as body/paint work condition required for the financial controller to open the purse and let the $$ start pouring out. Rust in the real roof pillar, crazed paint work all the way back to metal meant a total back to metal respray before any money was available for batteries etc
After a trip back across Perth to the battery mob but nothing arranged as far as collecting them and Tim not being there resulting mayhem before we finally got that sorted, even a few hrs walking around Perth didn't improve Margaret's desire to hang around any longer, so off out of town we went. Arrived at the same camp site beside the Avon River to discover the place packed with caravans..... but we found a spot, the dog invited herself over to a campfire group breaking the ice for intros and an invitation to drag our chairs over and we had a great night.
Still wasn't enough, Margaret just wants to head home now so off we went, in a free camp near Kalgoorlie tonight, I'll try for a days sight seeing in Kal tomorrow but don't hold out much hope, the lure of the front verandah looking out over the Murray has Margaret anxious to get back there, the pile of work waiting for me there hasn't had the same effect on me

We did it in 2014, took 4 days and loved the drive, Ceduna to Norseman, 1200km
There's more to the Nullarbor than the road.
