What a lovely looking pony, little horses need a bit more care than big ones, as they, like lots of humans, have a size complex. In a previous life running a trail riding and horse quietening business, were brought a number of little horses that had anger and misunderstanding problems. They took the longest to get on the right track, when they did, they were absolutely wonderful.

Bob the reason I asked was because Wendy's daughter has a similar looking one up in Neebo.
(4 times the size tho!)
It is an Amercan Paint Horse.
