May be it's an allergic reaction to the "Blue Pills" you've been feeding him, has he got a stiff neck as well? If poor George has to get up to have cold showers in the early morning maybe you need to reduce the strengthDot wrote: ↑Sat Feb 10, 2018 12:06 pmNot the bread George, he had the rash before. Up again some time early morning for another shower but this morning it looks worse so off to the Dr he went, awaiting his return with any news.Newcastle George wrote: ↑Sat Feb 10, 2018 7:59 am Maybe it's the bread that has caused George's rash.

A person may fail many times, they only become a failure when they blame someone else John Burrows

Terry,
sort of.
Shingles is chicken pox. If your immune system is a bit weak and you're "near" someone with active chicken pox then it can be re-activated. - not sure how you "catch it"
Kids can get a 'vaccine' for it. It's efficacy is not really known. Some kids can still get a very mild virus.
Peter; if adults have a shingles outbreak, they have <72 hours to start taking the antivirals for them to work. Then be ready to sleep for about a week.

The vaccine is available, I had an injection last November. Can't be too careful.

Gman saw Dr earlier and not all blood results are back esp the RRV one
he is certain it is the RRV. G's rash changes from one minute to the next and today it is also over his face
. and he has his winter woolies on as he also has a high temp. Appetite is still rampant though.

Sounds like too much excitement on the trip for G man??
Sorry about that!!
We're slowly getting things sorted out on the boat.
Remember that 'almost new' washing machine that shook the shit out of 60ft of boat &nearly took off on it's own?
Turns out the idiot that installed it didn't remove the three bolts installed for transporting it.
Took them out & all good.....

You mean the red ones that are marked clearly to remove before starting?
Or the red one that says fill with oil before starting?

They would be the ones that the instructions quite clearly state - Transit fasteners, remove before operation. Like most blokes I'm assuming the installer did not read the instructions. Find out who it was Bruce and give them an upper cut. I always wondered what happens if you don't remove the transit bolts. Thanks for the heads up!
Cheers

Poor G man is miserable to say the least, he is covered in a rash that is forever changing, his temp is at fever pitch, he is aching all over and is very lethargic BUT appetite is still there
Hope those blood tests come through for a def diagnosis.
