Nice area of Tassie the north east corner, climate is completely different than Hobart.

Yes the area is much more different to the north where we are at the moment , a few years back we camped at Diana's basin over a Easter weekend . we will most likely move to the Penguin area over this weekend .

Small change in plans ....not going to Penguin just yet , severe weather warning for the top end of Tassie so staying at nephews till its over, they have issued a sheep grazious warning as well. (that one's for Helen)
To exposed on the coast we were there for a sticky beak yesty...Bloody motorhome (tas plate) had grey water tap open running across the hard surface . The last free camp from Penguin twas the one , if any know it . There was also a reminder from the council on the window about over staying the time limit . They are 48 hour camps .
