Hi everyone thought I better put something up on the thread .
We are at present farm sitting (Bills relies) at Scamander Tasmania been here for 7 days now . We have a few chores to do through the day , we have to let the chooks out each morning and lock them up at night otherwise the Quolls will get them . Also we man the café area as required to serve customers . The café bit is closed but we doe sell jams (all made here by the owners) YUM, and fruit consisting mainly of apples and pears . And we do get orders from local veg shops which we pack and they pick up .
Most of the drop in customers are Chinese . we don't get a lot as it is winter, maybe three a day .
We don't have to stay here every day if we want to go sight seeing we just shut up shop .
I did give the owner a hand to assemble a backhoe (tractor mount) before they went away...that was "interesting".
All for now will get some pics up at a latter date .
Bernie .

Very interesting Bernie! Always imagined you as a farmer Brown!!
Can't wait for the photo of you plodding through the mud in rubber boots & wearing a Sou Wester walking behind an old Jersey milking cow!!

Typical.....

Why do paint companies only sell paint in tins just a whisker to small?

Good to see the lighthouse man held his ground..
